Uttam Patel graduated as Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Jabalpur in the year 1996. He obtained a Masters in Commerce from the University of Pune in the year 1998. He qualified as CA in 1999. He is also qualified in ISA and is a certified professional in international taxation and IFRS from ICAI. He worked as an Assistant Manager for Tata Steels Ltd., Mumbai. Currently, he is in-charge of the Hyderabad branch of APT. He specializes in international tax, company law matters, international and domestic transfer pricing matters, IFRS and royalty/licensing for animation and character related works.”
