Qualification: B.Com, FCA, DISA (ICAI), PGDBA (Finance)

Sanjeev Aggarwal is a fellow member of ICAI qualified in May 2002. He also did Diploma in Information Systems Audit (DISA) from ICAI and Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA) in Finance from SCDL, Pune.

He also completed the Certificate course of GST and Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection (FAFD) of ICAI. He is an elected member of managing committee of Gurugram Branch of NIRC of ICAI (2019-22).

He has more than 18 years of varied and rich experience in Accounting, Auditing, Income Tax and GST. He has worked with big corporate houses like Jindal and Vatika and having exposure of multiple sectors like FMCG, Manufacturing, Hotels and Hospitality, Real Estate, Healthcare, Business Centre and facility management.He worked as General Manager – Accounts and Finance in Vatika Hotels Pvt Ltd.

Hishas an expertise in handling audits (Statutory, Internal, Forensic and Management Audits),Formation of policies, Risk Analysis and Assurance, Product Costing and Pricing Analysis, Corporate Structuring and Tax Planning, Financial Due Diligence, Preparation of Budgets and Fund Management. He also looks after the GST and Income Tax advisory and litigations.
