Mamta Parmar

• Mamta is a highly seasoned finance professional who has held executive-level financial
  positions. Mamta is a licensed CPA in Pennsylvania and an active member of AICPA. She
  is also a Chartered Accountant from India and has more than 20 years of accounting and
  managerial experience. Her extensive background includes financial reporting,
  consolidations, SEC filings, project management, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Mamta served as Vice President of Financial reporting/Finance for a publicly listed entity
  with global operations. Mamta was instrumental in implementing cost-cutting measures
  and improving operational efficiencies. Mamta also worked on several ad-hoc projects
  such as treasury management, cash flow, FP&A analysis, S1 filings, and IPOs. She has
  experience managing the financial reporting teams of several companies in the United
  States, including a manufacturing company, a large bank, a Private Equity-owned finance
  company, and an insurance company.
