Tarang Kothari is a fellow member of the institute since 2004. He is qualified DISA and DIRM member of the institute. His Proprietary concern has been established in 1997 and specialized in the field Statutory Audit, Taxation-Income Tax and Service Tax and Bank Audits etc. He has got vast experience in various sectors such as Manufacturing companies, 100% Export oriented units, Export Trading House, Software Company, Pharmaceuticals Companies, Share Broker, Traders, Printing and packaging companies, Construction and Engineering. He has been handling Stock and Book debt Audit as well as pre-sanction Audits of various clients of HDFC bank and Citi Bank. Internal auditors for GUJARAT MINERAL DEVELOPEMENT CORPORATION LTD, A Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) for Financial Year 2005-06 and 2006-07. He is having vast experience in the field of Service tax. He provides consultancy services from planning, registration, compliance to litigation handling in the field of Service tax. He has experience as an Internal Auditor for UTTAR GUJARAT VIJ COMPANY LTD. for the Financial Year 2006-07. He also prepared fixed Assets Register for a Land of Gujarat Adani Port Ltd. He takes regular lectures on Indirect Taxes at various forums, coaching institutes etc.
