Rajesh Kumar Garg

Qualification : B.Com(H), FCA

Rajesh is a Fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has qualified CA in the year 1987 and having post qualification experience of over 27 years in industry in senior positions. The major assignments handled were, over 10 years as Director Finance with world renowned MNC, Group 4 Securicor. Next assignment was as CFO for about 11 years with Vatika Group at Gurgaon and has handled Real-estate business, funding from all means including substantial Private equity mobilization and also the Five Star Hotel projects on behalf of the Owner. The Hotel business exposure includes the negotiation with leading Hotel operators of the world to finalize the Terms for Hotel Operations Agreement, capital cost budgeting for upcoming Hotel, handling and managing the spent on the Hotel construction, activities relating to the pre-opening of the Hotel and subsequently getting involved in all the affairs of the Hotel, once it is operational. It involved taking care of the Owner’s interest with the aim to drive the Revenue & Profitability of the Hotels, thorough analsis, supervision and close coordination with the Operator. He has worked with top Hotel brands, on behalf of the Owners, like Starwood for their Westin Hotels and also with Hyatt Group for their Hyatt Regency Hotels.

He has exposure to the fund mobilization of large scale with the Banks and NBFCs. He has also involved in getting the private equity mobilized with the leading players.

He has headed the Accounts & Finance function of the Companies in senior position which included functions like Accounts, Taxation, Audits, structuring and controlling with Company having pan India presence.
