Mr. Sawhney has been a throughout topper with 10 CGPA in Class 10th, 91% in class 12th and Standing 2nd in CPT in J&K State. He has wide experience in Income Tax Litigation and Compliances. He has successfully dealt with Income Tax cases involving Swiss Bank Deposits, Penny Stocks, Raids and Appeals. He has experience of handling Statutory, Concurrent, Fixed Asset and Revenue Audit of banks like State Bank of India, Bank of India, UCO Bank, Allahabad Bank etc. He has experience of doing Tax Audit and GST Audit of many “”A”” Listed Clients like Upkar Flour Mill, Vedanta Ltd, Gas Authority of India Ltd (GAIL), Rajasthan Cricket Association, National Insurance Co., etc. He has vast experience in Govt. Audits and Preparation of UCs, latest GFRs etc. some of them being J&K Medical Supplies Corporation Ltd, National Health Mission, Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, JKPCC, PMGSY etc. He has expertise in preparation of Project Reports and doing compliances for setting up Industries (Land allotment, DIC approvals, Pollution Control Department Approvals etc.) in UT of J&K and UT of Ladakh. He had his internship from RRA Tax India, New Delhi one of the top CA Firms of India.
