Amitoz Singh Kamboj is a fellow member of ICAI and has more than 12 years of experience and has been practicing in the field of Direct Taxes since then. He also worked as Deputy Manager (Tax) with the subsidiary of leading Law firm in world, UK based CLIFFORD CHANCE. He has been providing direct tax consultancy, opinions and has independently appeared in more than 400 Income Tax cases before the Income Tax Authorities at both assessment and appellate level and Tribunal Level. Regularly appearing before Hon’ble ITAT since the past 8 years. Also, he has a rich experience in the field of Tax Audits, drafting SOPs, Formation of policies, Risk Analysis and Assurance, Due Diligence, Corporate Structuring and Tax Planning and other related works. Currently, he is serving as Vice-Chairman of the Chandigarh branch of ICAI of India and previously held position of Treasurer also.
